Their coffee was good—nothing groundbreaking but satisfying enough to accompany the real highlight: their desserts. Alright, buckle up, coffee and brunch lovers! I just experienced a little slice of heaven at a local gem that's doing things right. This isn't your average grab-and-go; this coffee shop clearly pours its heart (and expertly roasted beans) into every cup. Let's start with the star of the show: the coffee. You can immediately tell they brew their own, the aroma alone is a rich, complex symphony that hits you the moment you walk in. I opted for a flat white, and the barista clearly knew their craft. The milk was velvety smooth, the espresso robust and nuanced – no bitter aftertaste, just pure coffee bliss. It’s the kind of coffee that makes you slow down and actually savor each sip. But wait, there's more! I couldn't resist their "Smoked Salmon Avocado Poached Eggs Toast," and oh boy, was that a fantastic decision. The sourdough was perfectly toasted, providing a lovely crunch against the creamy avocado. The smoked salmon was clearly high quality, with that delicate, melt-in-your-mouth texture and salty tang. And the poached eggs? Absolutely spot on. Runny yolks that oozed beautifully over the entire dish – exactly what you want. The combination of fresh, vibrant avocado, rich smoked salmon, and perfectly cooked eggs was simply divine. Beyond the exceptional food and drink, the atmosphere was also a winner. It had a relaxed, inviting vibe – the kind of place you could happily linger with a book or catch up with a friend. The staff were friendly and clearly passionate about what they do, which always makes a difference. If you're in Bournemouth and looking for a coffee shop that takes its coffee seriously and serves up a brunch that's a cut above the rest, then look no further. This place is a must-visit. My only regret is that I didn't order a second coffee! Five out of five stars – I'll definitely be back.

This was my second visit in 3 days. The young girl on the till was very welcoming and helpful. My salmon and cream cheese bagel was delicious and very good value. The coffee is excellent, too. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. Maravi could become a regular venue when meeting friends for coffee.
